SUMMARY: The Bremerton Senior Center parking lot has deteriorated with time and needs to be
repaved and striped for safety and to gain efficient use of space. Seniors Uncover Money Solutions
(SUMS), a support group for the Senior Center has raised private funds to pay for this project and
has pledge the money to the Parks and Recreation Donation Fund.
Lakeside Industries, Inc. has provided a proposal to complete the work for$48,133.00 (Plus sales
tax).

the Seniors Uncover Money Solutions (SUMS).

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve award of the contract for the repaving of the Bremerton Senior Center parking lot;
and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with Lakeside Industries, Inc. with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented; and authorize amendment of the Parks
and Recreation Donation budget to reflect this project.
