SUMMARY: The Engineering Division proposes purchasing a KIP 6000 scarmer/copier in the
amount of $30,272.25 (including sales tax) from Engineering Business Systems, Inc. on the General
Services Administration (GSA) bid contract. The scarmerlcopier is necessary for use in scanning and
storing as-built engineer drawings to an electronic format and copying engineer and architectural size
drawings.
