SUMMARY: Staff is entering into a new Professional Services Agreement with Merchant Patrol
Security Services, Inc. for two (2) years, from 03-01-05 to 12-31-06, for security services and facility
access control as required at the City of Bremerton Parking Facility located at 405 Washington
Avenue. That work has been performed by Merchant Patrol Security Services, Inc. for the last six (6)
years with the City and with Diamond Parking. Compensation is $19,901.28 annually.
