Summit started negotiating for the City in 2011. Summit is a Seattle Law Firm that specializes in employment and labor law and is extremely familiar with Washington State and Kitsap County labor issues. Summit's hourly rates are listed in Exhibit A. ATTACHMENTS: Professional Services Agreement with Summit Law Group, PLLC FISCAL IMPACTS: (Include Budgeted Amount): There is sufficient capacity in the 2014 budget to cover this contract. Sixty thousand dollars is budgeted for 2014 and to date $33,662.31 has been expended. The budgeted amount for the 2015 fiscal year is $60,000.
