Together with the vacated 4 feet of the alley laying adjacent and abutting Lots 4 through
15, inclusive, of said Block 14 of the Town of Bremerton;
Together with the east 10 feet of the vacated portion of Park Avenue (formerly Dock
Street);
Together with the vacated 12 feet of 4th Street laying adjacent and abutting Park Avenue
and Lots 48, 49, and 50 of said Block 14 of the Town of Bremerton;
Except that portion of the above conveyed to the State of Washington for right of way
