SUMMARY: Connections Credit Union has established its presence in downtown Bremerton at Fire
Station #1. The original Credit Union lease was established in 2011 and was renewed again in 2012.
This lease agreement is the same terms and conditions except for a 4% increase in the rate and a 3
year term.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount):
This agreement will generate$4,500.00 of revenue plus Lease Hold Excise Tax.
