The service agreement with Ingersoll Rand provides scheduled preventive maintenance to the compressors insuring their reliability and extending the useful life of the equipment. The service agreement covers the cost of manufacturers approved replacement parts. Ingersoll Rand has serviced the fountain compressors since their initial construction, staff have found them to be thorough and timely in carrying out the tasks contained in the agreement. ATTACHMENTS: Ingersoll-Rand Company PackageCARE©Agreement (Includes Exhibits A-D) FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $6,159.39 in 2014. Total cost over 5 year life of the agreement is $32,375.62 funded through the annual Parks Maintenance operating budget.
