SUMMARY: Proposed Ordinance amends Section 7.10.010 of the Bremerton Municipal Code
entitled "Impounding, Redemption, and Disposition of Pets and/or Livestock" to remove impound and
boarding fees from Chapter 7.10 BMC. The fees are reestablished by resolution in the City rate and
fee schedules.
