SUMMARY: Funding from the Transportation Benefit District (TBD)will be used to overlay portions
of Perry Avenue, Trenton Avenue and Marine Drive to extend their lifetime. The City advertised the
project on July 21St and received 3 bids on August 4th. The apparent low, responsive, responsible
bidder was Lakeside Industries for$475,439.46.

conditions as presented.
