SUMMARY: The City currently leases either sites or towers to various communications
organizations. The attached Lease Agreement is from FTP Corporation (KBRO Radio in Seattle).
The current FTP lease will expire this June. The new lease will run for a period of 5 years. The
current FTP lease will pay the City $513.00 (a CPI adjustment) (previously paid $494.63) per month
with CPI adjustments annually. FTP is a radio tower only with no co-locations.
