SUMMARY: The action before Council is to conduct a Public Hearing and adopt an Ordinance
amending BMC Title 20 as follows:
1. Amend the Official Zoning Map related to the three District Centers within the City by
increasing the amount of District Center Core zoning and reducing the amount of Low Density
Residential zoning with District Center Core Zoning in specified areas.
2. Amend BMC 20.70 — The District Center Core Zone to allow for multi - family residential uses,
modifying height limits and enhance visual screening requirements.
