The position will be included in the Management and Professional group. The current Legal Assistant will be reassigned to the Human Resources Analyst position at Step 2 of Pay Band 9. ATTACHMENTS: 1) Human Resource Analyst Job Description 2) M&P Salary Schedule FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This would require an increase in the 2014 budget in the amount of $28,259.
