As compensation for the vacation, the College proposes to dedicate and construct Broadway Avenue between 16` and 18' Streets. The relocation of the roadway is being done to allow for new building construction at the campus and is consistent with their master plan. ATTACHMENTS: 1. Resolution No. 3225; 2.
