SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton initiated the partial vacation of the alley abutting the Bremerton
Police Department (BPD) property. This portion of the alley was blocked off by security gates during
the construction of the BPD facility seven years ago and is being utilized by the BPD for parking and
a security perimeter.
