SUMMARY: The Department of Public Works and Utilities has reviewed and made changes and
corrections to the existing Bremerton Municipal Code. The purpose of Title 15 is to regulate City
utility operations to provide continued safe and reliable utility services to the residents of the City of
Bremerton and those non - residents the City agrees to serve.
Municipal utilities include potable water, wastewater and stormwater, and operations related to the
administration of these systems and assets.
