SUMMARY: Pursuant to Amendment No. 2, Lorax Partners, LLC, assigned its interest in the
Agreement to Lorax Ventures, LLC and Lorax Ventures, LLC now wishes to assign its interest in the
Agreement to 606 Lorax, LLC.
ATTACHMENTS: Amendment No. 5 Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): There is no anticipated change to the fiscal impact
from the prior approval.
