BREMERTON TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT (TBD) DISTRICT BOARD

The TBD Work Session is open to the public but there will be no opportunities for input or participation.
No action will be taken during the Work Session and the content of these items is subject to change.
A Public Hearing of the Bremerton TBD Board is scheduled February 15, 2012
The Bremerton Transportation Benefit District (TBD) Board will hold a WORK SESSION
immediately following the 5:00 PM City Council Study Session to discuss the following
items:
1. Proposed resolution approving and adopting the 2012 Fiscal Budget for the Bremerton
Transportation Benefit District Board
2. Proposed Inter -Local Agreement between the Bremerton Transportation Benefit District and
Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) for collection of $20.00 Annual Vehicle Fee
3. Proposed Inter -Local Agreement between the Bremerton Transportation Benefit District and
the City of Bremerton for services provided
4. Approve proposed Conflict Waiver for the Bremerton Transportation Benefit District to utilize
the City Attorney's Office for legal representation
5. Other General Business of the Bremerton TBD Board (As necessary...)
