SUMMARY: The amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between the City and the TBD that was
entered into to maintain, preserve, and improve streets and related transportation infrastructure
within the City. The amendments relate to the provision of City staff support and other resources to
the TBD and related issues.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): None
RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the amended Interlocal Agreement between the City
of Bremerton and the Bremerton Transportation Benefit District; and authorize the TBD President to
finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
