L S PROPERTIES the undersigned developer of
6000 WERNER ROAD
who has installed the hereafter described water facilities and hereby in
consideration of the acceptance of these facilities by the City of Bremerton
Water Utility, a Municipal Corporation, convey, transfer, set over and assign
to said City of-Bremerton Water Utility all pipelines and water conveyances
and control facilities attached or appertant thereto, generally described
hereafter.
L & S PROPERTIES warrants title thereof to
be free and clear of all encumberances and that full and complete ownership
and title are hereby vested in the Bremerton Water Utility.
The facilities are referred to as.follows:
