SUMMARY: The CDBG/HOME Policy Plan is a joint document of the City of Bremerton and Kitsap County
Block Grant programs. It sets the parameters for the management of our HUD entitlement grant awards,
provides specific information about the policies and regulations for the use of HUD Block Grant funds,
includes the Citizen Participation Plan, and outlines the allocation process. The Notice of Funding Availability
lists funds available, targeted allocations, priorities, and dates -to- remember. Please see the attached Staff
Memo for notable details included in the 2015 Policy Plan and NOFA.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount):
None. Block Grant is pass - through funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and any
recommended allocations are paid 100% through the City's CDBG and HOME grants.
