SUMMARY: The attached grant agreement will provide $22,000 to enable a retrofit of the Kiwanis
Park pathway handrails in the vicinity of the park restroom. The local match is provided by eligible
project improvements (bollards and landscaping) installed by Parks staff in July and August of 2013.
