SUMMARY: The approved 2014 budget for ERR reflects the replacement of the Street Departments
Boom mower. The existing mower is a 1994 John Deere 6300 tractor with a Tiger boom mower. The
replacement is a 2014 JD 6105 with a mid -mount 22' boom mower. The old mower has reached its
estimated life cycle and is fully depreciated. The dealer for this mower is Sonsray Machinery of
Auburn WA, staff will utilize State Contract No. 102212. The total purchase price is $133,548.31
including Washington state sales tax.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Budgeted amount is $100,000. There is adequate
reserve in the Street Fund ERR allocation to cover the overage amount of $33,548.31
