SUMMARY: The current provisions of the Bremerton Municipal Code do not provide for a Gold
Mountain Complex Board of Directors. The proposed ordinance creates a new chapter in the
Bremerton Municipal Code, which formally establishes and provides for membership in the Gold
Mountain Complex Board of Directors.
