SUMMARY: The Assessment Roll levying the special assessments against the property located
within ULID 2002-01 has been filed with the City Clerk and March 16, 2005 has been set as the
hearing date for the City Council to consider the Roll and any objections thereto. The proposed
ordinance approves and confirms the Final Assessment Roll for ULID 2002-01.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Total project costs have been $3.1 million. The
portion of the work that provides special benefit to City owned property prorates to $61,254.17. That
cost will be borne by the water utility and paid through rates.
