HomeMy WebLinkAbout05/07/2014 7A AGENDA BILL -14 CITY OF BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL SUBJECT: Interlocal Agreement Between Study Session Date: April 23, 2014 Kitsap Noxious Weed Control Board and the COUNCIL MEETING Date: May 7, 2014 City of Bremerton Department: Public Works Presenter: Martin Phone: 5758 SUMMARY: This agreement will enable the Noxious Weed Control Board to assist the City in developing an integrated vegetation management plan, and also assist the City to physically control noxious weeds within City right -of -way and other City property. ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Agreement FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $20,000 in 2014; $10,000 in 2015 and 2016. Funding for this effort will come from the City's Street fund. In 2014, the funding will be provided through bid savings from the sidewalk vegetation maintenance contract. In 2015 and 2016, funding will be provided through the normal budget process.
