SUMMARY: The action before Council is to conduct a public hearing and adopt an Ordinance
amending BMC Title 19, and Title 20 as follows:
1. Repeal Title 19 regulating mobile homes,
2. Add language to meet state requirements for Electric Vehicle Infrastructure,
3. Update the sign code, replacing amortization with other provisions and generally improving
consistency within the chapter.
4. Revise both the Institutional and Employment Center zones to ensure consistency between
both zones.

and allowed uses in the Employment Center and Institutional Zones.
