SUMMARY: The Kitsap Public Facility District (KPFD) has agreed to fund an additional $21,474.00
to the Kitsap Regional Conference Center expansion project. The additional funds will allow for the
purchase of specialized kitchen equipment. This will bring the total amount contributed by the KPFD
to $441,474.00 for the expansion project.
ATTACHMENTS: 1) Amendment #1
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The revenues will offset the additional expenditure
authority so the net impact is zero.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Kitsap
Public Facilities District, and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented, and authorize an increase of $21,474 to
the 2014 Conference Center Expansion fund budgeted revenue and expenditures.
