SUMMARY: The City has negotiated a Professional Services Agreement with URS, an engineering
and architectural consultant, to provide architectural and engineering services for the Pump Station 4
Redesign/Remodel project. The project will replace the existing 800 gpm pump station with a new
2100 gpm pump station. The not-to-exceed amount of the agreement is $81,963.00.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The project is funded by a Drinking Water State
Revolving Fund Loan. The project is included in the 2005 Budget.
