SUMMARY: The adjacent property owner has petitioned the City to vacate a portion of Adele
Avenue at the Bertha Avenue intersection which lies directly adjacent to their property. This portion
of property is not needed for roadway purposes.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The City will receive $57,365 for vacating and
conveying the 5,914 square feet requested by the adjacent property owner and reduce City
maintenance responsibility for this area.
