SUMMARY: In August of 2002 the City entered into a Concession Agreement with the Bremerton
Ice Arena, INC. to provide a building pad and other considerations to enable the construction and
operation of an Ice Arena on park land commonly known as East Park. Pursuant to the proposed
agreement, the Concessionaire exercises its option to renew the term of the Agreement through
August 8, 2022. The City finds the Concessionaire is in compliance with terms of the agreement and
is operating the Arena in a responsible fashion.
