SUMMARY: This small works roster project was provided to 106 qualified contractors listed on the
MRSC small works site Three bids were received The low bidder was SMS — Superior
Maintenance Solutions with a bid of $43,882 50 The contract will focus on applying herbicide and
removing weeds and vegetation from the City's arterial street sidewalks At the City's option and with
the concurrence of the contractor, this contract may be extended into 2015 This is a pilot project for
the Public Works Department

(Streets), line item 542 6142, Sidewalks The bid amount is $43,882 50

conditions as presented
