SUMMARY The approved 2014 budget for ERR shows replacement of two (2) Parks department
pickup trucks Both of these trucks have met their anticipated life and are due for replacement It is
requested that we purchase one (1) Ford F250 4X2 Extended cab and one (1) Dodge Ram 1500 4X2
Extended cab These will be purchase utilizing Washington state contracts The authorized Ford
dealership is Legacy Ford of Pasco Washington for a total of $25,512 31 including Washington state
sales tax The authorized Dodge dealer is Bud Clary Chrysler Dodge of Longview Washington for a
total cost of 23,481 61 for a grand total of $48,993 92 including Washington state sales tax

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Funding available thru the ERR fund 510 for a total
of $48,993 92
