SUMMARY: The approved 2014 budget for ERR shows replacement of four (4) detectives vehicles
within the Police Department These vehicles are a "carry over from 2013 due to issues with the
state contract in 2013 It is requested by the Police department that we replace these vehicles with
Police rated 2014 Ford Interceptor We will be utilizing the 2014 Washington state contract dealer
Columbia Ford of Longview Washington Total cost for these vehicles is $106,732 90 including
Washington state sales tax All 4 replacement vehicles are scheduled to be removed from the fleet

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the purchase of four (4) 2014 Ford Interceptor
vehicles from Columbia Ford in the amount of $106,732 90 including Washington State sales tax and
authorize the amendment to the 2014 budget for carryover of unspent funds from 2013 for this
purchase
