CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES FEB 19 1014

A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council
Conference Room of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6 th Street, Bremerton,
Washington, Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at 5 00 PM, with Council President Greg Wheeler
presiding Council Members present were Eric Younger, Roy Runyon, Dino Davis, Jerry
McDonald, Leslie Daugs, and Mike Sullivan Lori Smith, Legislative Assistant, was present to
provide staff support
President Wheeler emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public but there would
be no opportunities for input or participation, and announced that approved items by Council will
be placed on the February 19, 2013 Council Meeting Agenda, or as indicated

1 Appointment of Jeremiah Wiley to the Parks & Recreation Commission (Consent
Agenda)
Mr. Wile v was present, and introduced himself to the Council Members
2 Purchase of (for replacement) three (3) 2014 Ford Interceptor Utility Vehicles from
Columbia Ford of Longview, WA for the Police Department (Patrol Division) (Consent
Agenda)
3 Purchase of (for replacement) four (4) 2014 Ford Interceptor Vehicles from Columbia
Ford of Longview, WA for the Police Department (Detectives Division) (Consent
Agenda)
4 Purchase of (for replacement) two (2) 2014 Pickup Trucks, one from Legacy Ford of
Pasco, WA, and one from Bud Clary Chrysler Dodge of Longview, WA for the Parks
Department (Consent Agenda)
5 2014 Kitsap Physicians Service (KPS) Premium Rates and Underwriting Criteria
(Consent Agenda)
6 Professional Services Agreement with Parametrix for the Design of the Marine Drive
Low Impact Development (LID) Stormwater Retrofit (Consent Agenda)
Mr. Martin stated a Public Meeting would be scheduled at the appropriate time
