SUMMARY: The attached resolution adopts the proposed 2014 Work Plan for the Bremerton
Transportation Benefit District (TBD) The work plan will expend $750,000 from revenue received
from the vehicle license fee adopted by the TBD per Resolution 005 which was approved in
December 2011
