AN ORDINANCE of the Bremerton
Transportation Benefit District Board amending Ordinance
No 1 relating to the Bremerton Transportation Benefit
District fiscal year 2013 Budget
WHEREAS, the Board of the Bremerton Transportation Benefit District passed
the Fiscal Year 2013 Transportation Benefit District Budget (Ordinance No 1) on August
15, 2012, and
WHEREAS, adjustment of the beginning fiend balance to actual would properly
reflect the anticipated revenues to the Transportation Benefit District, NOW
THEREFORE,
THE BOARD OF THE BREMERTON TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT
OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. That the 2013 Annual Budget for the Bremerton
Transportation District, on file in the office of the City Clerk, covering the period from
January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013, is hereby amended to reflect regular
revenues and unencumbered fund balances of $505,983 and expenditures and ending
fund balances of $505,983 is hereby approved and adopted
SECTION 2. Severability If any one or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this Ordinance are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall
not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Ordinance and the same shall
â–ºemain in frill force and effect
SECTION 3. Effective Date This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force ten (10) days from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by
law
