SUMMARY: Pursuant to RCW 41 56, negotiations have concluded between representatives of the
City and the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Local 437 resulting in the attached
Memorandum of Understanding The Memorandum of Understanding has been ratified by the IAFF
membership
ATTACHMENTS Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Bremerton and the

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Fiscal impact of implementing this contract for 2014
is estimated to be $94,000 A budget amendment to the Fire Department budget in the amount of
$94,000 will be required to fund the Memorandum of Understanding

necessary amendment in the amount of $94,000 to the 2014 budget
