SUMMARY: Bids were opened on Tuesday, January 18, 2005 for Reservoir No.8, Seismic Upgrade
&. Interior Coating Replacement Project. A total of eleven (I J) bids were received fur tbe project (see
attached Bid Opening List).
The low bidder is T Bailey, Inc. from AI\JlCOrtes, W A for the Total LumP sum Bid of$226,000.00.
The total contract amount, inclnding Washington State SaleS Tax. is $245,436.00.
The engineer'S estimate fur this project was $255,000.

FISCAL IMl'ACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Budgeted in Water 2005 in the amount of
