suMMARY: The current provisions ofthe Bremerton Municipal Code do not provide for a Gold
Mountain compleX Board of Directors. The proposed ordinance creates a new chapter in the
Bremerton Municipal Code, which fonnally establishes and provides for membership in the Gold
Mountain Complex. Board of Directors.
