SUBJECT: Real Estate Purchase and Sale
Agreement with Kitsap Community Federal
Credit Union
SUMMARY: Kitsap Community Federal Credit Union owns property located at 1025 Burwell
Street. Staff is proposing purchasing the property for the new public safety facility.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The Public Safety Capital Improvement Fund has
sufficient 2005 Funds appropriated to cover the earnest money payment. The 2006 purchase
commitment, contained in Sec. 3 Purchase Price of this agreement, will need to be incorporated into
the 2006 budget ($2,325,000). It is expected Public Safety Bond proceeds will be carried forward to
