Purchase and Sale Agreement and Right of
First Refusal and Option to Purchase
Agreement with WestSound Bank
SUMMARY: WestSound Bank has made an offer to purchase the property located at 607 Pacific
Avenue (former U.S. Bank building). In addition to the proposed purchase and sale agreement for
this property is a first right of refusal and option to purchase agreement for the City to purchase the
current WestSound Bank building located at 190 Pacific Avenue.
