SUMMARY: The proposed ordinance adopts the Shoreline Master Program as previously approved
by City Council in October 2012 by Resolution 3180 The Shoreline Master Program was forwarded
to the Department of Ecology for review and approval Ecology has recommended approval with
specific required and recommended changes The attached Ordinance embraces all recommended
and required changes as seen in Attachment D
