SUMMARY: Resolution 3204 established November 6, 2013 as the hearing date for vacations
associated with the Park Plaza Project Coordination with utility agencies has not been completed,
and so the hearing date must be postponed The City of Bremerton initiated the partial vacation in
both the alley and 4 Street to facilitate the Park Plaza Project development, which consists of a
movie theatre, parking garage and apartment pad The alley vacation is for the south four feet
adjacent to the City property bounded by Park and Pacific Avenues, and Burwell and 4 Streets
The 0 Street vacation is for the south 12 feet adjacent to the City property starting at Park Avenue
Included with these vacations is the dedication of Park Avenue between Burwell and 4 Streets
