A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council
Conference Room of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6 th Street, Bremerton,
Washington, Wednesday, November 13, 2013, at 5 00 PM, with Council President Greg Wheeler
presiding Council Members present were Eric Younger, Carol Arends, Wendy Priest, Adam
Brockus, Leslie Daugs, and Jim McDonald Council Members Nick Wofford and Faye Flemister
were absent Council Assistant Christine Grenier was present to provide staff support
President Wheeler emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public but there would be
no opportunities for input or participation, and announced that approved items by Council will be
placed as indicated

reviewed by the appropnate Council Committee
1 Interlocal Agreement with Bremerton School District for a full -time School Resource Officer
