WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton owns property at the northeast corner of 19` Street
and Taft Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton Department of Public Works and Utilities will be
improving the property for storm water and recreational uses, and
WHEREAS, in order to make these improvements, additional property for right of way is
needed
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
SECTION]: The following described City of Bremerton property be designated
as part of the right -of -way of the City of Bremerton road system
The west five (5) feet and the south five (5) feet of the following described parcel
PART OF GOVERNMENT LOT 6, SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 24 NORTH,
RANGE 1 EAST, W M IN KITSAP COUNTY WASHINGTON, DESCRIBED
AS FOLLOWS
BEGINNING 753 40 FEET EAST AND 30 FEET NORTH OF THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 11; THENCE NORTH 100

FEET, THENCE EAST TO MEANDER LINE, THENCE SOUTH ALONG
SAID MEANDER LINE TO A POINT DUE EAST OF THE POINT OF
BEGINNING, THENCE WEST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
SECTION Z Severabikty If any one or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION3. Elective Date This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage
