Reac�ivat�on of the Kitsap Quarry wdl result in increased truck traffic on HVemer Road In
atx�rdance wdh BMC 11 12 070(c), m�tiga�on fundmg may be requtred to address traffic
impacts We have identlfled an impact of $21,000 based on Equlvalent Single Axel Loadfng
usmg data from the 12/14/2012 Jake Engineenng Traffic Analysis, the 12i21/2012 Parametnx
Traffic impact Analys�s, and land maps In lieu of cash paymerrt, this m�igat�on fee may be paid
by prowdmg quarry materials to the City at market value wdh the matenals picked up by the City
or it's carrtractor from the quarry All matenals shall be ot�tamed by the City wnthm 15-years of
the date of this agreement, and used in a smgle pro�ect that wnll reconstruct ali or a port�on of
Wemer Road �nnthin the City Smce the date of this future pro�ed has not been tdentfied, the
$21,000 value uwll be ad�usted for mfl�tron usmg 90°� of the Seattle-Tacoma-Bremertan CPI-U
index
