SUMMARY: Sealed bids were solicited for the Kitsap Conference Center expansion project
September 9, 2013 Bids were opened at 3 00 p m Monday, September 30, 2013 14 bids were
received The low bidder was Jones & Roberts, Inc out of Olympia, with a bid amount of $746,900
(plus sales tax), inclusive of all alternates Staff verified that Jones & Roberts, Inc met all
requirements of the bid documents and recommend the bid be awarded to Jones & Roberts

the same terms and conditions as presented
