SUMMARY: In June of this year, the Kitsap Public Facilities District Board awarded $400,000 to the
City for the Conference Center Expansion Project This interlocal agreement outlines the actions and
responsibilities of both the City and the Public Facilities District related to this funding

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) A fund for this project has been established
Revenue includes $400,000 from the Public Facilities District, $500,000 from the City, and $200,000
from Kitsap Transit
