SUMMARY: Effective January 1, 2014, the AWC Trust medical, dental (WDS) and vision programs utilized
by the City will transition from fully - insured to self - insured To continue medical, dental (WDS) and vision
benefits with the Trust, employers are required to pass a resolution approving an Interlocal Agreement
authorizing participation in the self - insured programs

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount) Sufficient funds are being included in the 2014
budget to cover the cost of Group Health, Washington Dental Service and VSP Vision Coverage
