SUMMARY. Due to the numerous changes required by the State Model Ordinance, this Ordinance
repeals Chapter 10 40 of the Bremerton Municipal Code relating to Commute Trip Reduction Plan
(CTR) and replaces it in its entirety with a new chapter 10 20 Attached is the interlocal Agreement
between Kitsap Transit and City of Bremerton The Agreement is automatically renewed until one
party opts out with a 90 day notice Also attached is Exhibit A of the Interlocal Agreement, the
Commute Trip Reduction Plan 2011 -2015, and a listing that shows the affected employers within the
City of Bremerton
